Tiered Incentive Program & Behavioral Modification

These artifacts demonstrates my approach to organizational climate through positive reinforcement. I designed and managed a tiered PBIS incentive system ('Hawk Bucks') to proactively shape student conduct and establish a highly predictable, safe environment.
By leveraging targeted rewards, including tangible resources and experiential privileges like preferential seating, I successfully drove academic engagement and behavioral compliance across the student body.
